gig currently has two members of staff, Arfon Jones (Field Officer) and Gwenda Jenkins (Resource Officer). Arfon is an experienced evangelist, youth worker and preacher, who has worked on the revised NWB for a number of years. A key part of his role will be training Welsh speakers for outreach. Before joining gig, Arfon was secretary of the Evangelical Alliance in Wales. gig is clearly not just for Welsh speakers! The urgent work before us is something that should be owned by the whole Church, regardless of language. We would value all prayers – be they in Welsh, English or any other language – so please do pray. Please pray specifically that God’s will be done in this area, and that the necessary resources will be released according to his plan.
